Storno on M&M account

Does anyone know what Storno on the M&M account means?

I flew FRA-ORD-FRA on a LH code, UA metal in Y on fare B.

According to what I have read and speaking to LH TLV before buying the ticket, this should have earned me 1.5X miles.

I received 1.X and then complained direct to Germany on the web site.

Sent BP and tickets to LH, received an email that now all was OK and instead of an extra 4664 miles being credited, I was docked 5415 under the heading of Storno.

Can anyone shed any light on this LH game? It's as if they punished me for claiming my due miles.

With thanks,

Shofar

Storno means cancellation of a transaction.

Sounds like they need to be contacted again to rectify things ..

When this has happened with me, the incorrect transaction is cancelled, and a separate new entry is made with the correct information.

Check your statement to see if you have another entry (could be many lines removed from the cancelled entry) with the correct information.
