at some airports it works great. but the airports I mostly have checked bags at (NUE, SFO, MLE) keep disappointing |
Good visit to FCL A today, both of the Staff in the Restaurant spoke near perfect English, one of the Staff members was from before the transition, service was excellent, credit where due ;) Food also was much improved from previous visits :tu:

Nice visit to FCL B the other day, FCT was not an option, lucked out with a member of Staff who has been there Years, She provided excellent service, they now deploy the experienced ex Do&Co Staff across the lounges to try & ensure improved service, of course that increases Her workload, the Staff remain disappointed with the offering, particularly the reduced Food range & Quality.
