Redeem TP flights on Miles & More account

Hello,

I am trying to redeem past TP flights on my Miles & More account, booking class is Y and the flights were ORY-LIS and LIS-TLV last October.
Miles & More website tells me that my flights are not eligible for miles since it is a Y economy ticket.
Are TP flights not earning miles on Miles & More anymore? Should I call the customer service?
