Strange seat map for SN552 on 6/22?
Hello,

I'm scheduled to fly YYZ-BRU SN552 on 6/22. Initially I had seat 2E allocated which is a single 'throne' seat. Now I see that the seat configuration has changed.. but I can't find a corresponding configuration (1-2-1?) in SeatGuru, thoughts? the aircraft operating this will likely be OO-SFD if that makes a difference

That looks like the layout of the former CX A330 aircraft that are part of the SN fleet and will get the new SN interior only next year.

or maybe it’s OO-SFB.. and I’m stuck with the old business class, can I get SN to re route me based on plane “downgrade”?

SN has the Thompson Vantage seat that goes lie flat since 2012. The only angled flat A330 they have is with ex SQ regional slope seats. That is a 2-2-2 config in C.

Good luck if you get the new SN interior! Do report back!

In terms of layout/seat - would you consider OO-SFB (the former CX A330 aircraft that are part of the SN fleet) with 1-2-1 according to ExpertFlyer a downgrade in any way?

Ok... I was able to get myself rebooked to direct IAD-BRU flight today. Only to notice another strange seat map, what’s going on?? Anyone have some info on this plane/configuration?

Thanks.. I figured.. so annoying, so many changes. Trying my luck to get rebooked on UA. It is unlikely that I will fly SN again after all those shenanigans

As you may have seen in the other thread, the inbound BRU-IAD had to turn around so I hope you got this sorted. SN certainly did what it could to make sure you would t fly with them again.

I've seen it. Thank you. Luckily, I was able to move to the UA flight via CDG

So there are, what, minimum 4 different A330-300 configs out there:

1-2-1 (ex CX?)
2-2-2 ex-SQ (which I just got stuck with and is the worst of the lot)
the normal staggered 1-2-2 / 2-2-1
the new config?
