Luggage storage at FRA lounge?

Howdy!

I'll be flying SEA -> FRA in business on Luftansa. My flight arrives early, and my connection leaves 10 hours later, so I was planning on going into the city.

Would it be possible to leave my luggage at the arrivals lounge, or another lounge?

No left luggage in the lounges.
Use the airport paid-for-service

The Welcome (arrivals) Lounge closes at 13:00 and won’t store luggage for you. Other LH lounges do have lockers where some people leave their carry-ons when they leave the airport during the day though I’m not sure if this is encouraged. From your other posts it looks like you are flying FRA-IST later in the day. Your arrival and departure gates are likely to be in different concourses or change at the last minute and you will have to clear security unnecessarily or may have some explaining to do.

I agree with the previous poster that you should use the airport’s left luggage facility.

I leave my hand luggage in the Lufthansa lounges (airside) all the time. Lounge staff are ok with it too - I just let them know I’m briefly heading to town and my locker number etc. I do this very often actually and not once was I told that it wasn’t possible. This applies to hand luggage only of course (which fits in their lockers), not actual suitcases. You get to keep the key on you too. Forget about the Arrivals Lounge as they close early
