Note: I don’t think Polaris is marketed as a first class product. If it was, I’d put BA above it.
Also I am humored when people call it the best business class. I get it’s a joke, but it’s funny because not even that is true since SQ business is better IMO.

Of all the first class products out there (including TAAG Angola, if OMAAT is accurate), it is easily the worst. That puts it in garbage tier.

You’re not exactly disagreeing with me that it’s the worst F product out there. IMO, if you have the worst F product, your F product is garbage. That applies to any product really.
Anyways, whether or not it’s better than SQ business is definitely a bit more subjective. I prioritize hard product mostly because I don’t drink and rarely eat airplane food. But if you value champagne quality I guess it’s better in BA first (I wouldn’t know), so I can see why you’d say that.
