BTW, the lounge finder also states that Senator have access to the SJC lounge (which we don't it is not true). So I don't know how reliable it is...

I have no clue who has access to the lounge. But yes, terminal A and B are side-by-side and have walkable connections both air-side and land-side

Cool, thanks. And that is post-security, right? Meaning you can go from the lounge directly to the gate?

Yes, after clearing security, you can freely walk between the lounge and every gate at SJC

Great, thanks for clarifying that. Also useful since I have PP and can use that for all airlines flying SJC (British, Southwest, United etc

*G definitely have access to The Club when flying SJC-FRA on LH. I am on LH489 right now and was in The Club as UA*G in Y (and have done so for my last two SJC-FRA flights).

I am booked for this flight in Business later this week. No one has commented in 2017. Any other feedback? I can be bit of a nervous flyer, but I am hoping with the lay flat beds, I can sleep.

One of the Chinese airlines has also started SJC. I'm glad it's picking up steam.
I'm flying SJC-EWR soon on UA. I've done SJC-NRT last year and later this year NRT-SJC plus some ORD a few months ago. Already looking at a Feb Alps ski trip and would have no issue doing the LH flight.
I live in Monterey so it's 60-75 min quicker for me than SFO, I can actually get people to take me/pick me up if I need and the security has never been an issue.
The Club is a fine lounge. In fact compared to the normal SFO UCs I would say it's the same or better, but when Polaris lounge opens that'll be much nicer but in some cases not worth the extra SFO time.

Not surprised. Heard loads were weak much of the time other than the summer months.

Curious why it turned out this way ... initial projections were a lot more optimistic, wasn't this targeted at folks traveling to India?

Are people choosing the direct AI flights instead (from SFO)?
