Germanwings: Dubrovnik - LHR

With one stop in Dusseldorf, would flying from DUBROVNIK to LHR on Germanwings, would this be an international flight?

Luftansa/Germanwings usuallly only strike domestic correct? Or do they block all flights on the ground in Germany?

Trying to get from Dubrovnik to LHR and Croatia has a long layover.

Thanks for your help.

What was wrong with the last thread you asked question only a crystal ball can answer?

That would be two international flights, not correct, not correct.

Recent LH pilot strikes affected either shorthaul flights (domestic and European) or longhaul flights or both. Some of the strikes were airport-based.
