UA reward booking - LH to EI - Checked Bags?

I booked a oneway reward within Europe MUC-LHR-SNN (on UA 016 ticket stock)

LH MUC-LHR and EI LHR-SNN

Looks like LH and EI do not have an interline agreement (that I can tell)

Has anyone ever had any luck with LH checking bags for and EI connection.

My other reward is EI to SK and looks like they do have an agreement.

This is better asked in the LH Miles & More Forum; I will move this there.

There is no interline agreement between LH and EI:

LH will not check in for the EI segment, and OLCI for EI might not work either.

For the time being, EI have a transfer desk in T1 opposite the Star Alliance lounge with the other transfer desks. From there it is a short walk to the EI gates. Please be mindful that you will have to go through the passport controls and security checks at LHR upon arrival, as it is not the world's greatest airport for transfering.

Please also check the various LHR T1 moves, as currently LH and EI both use T1 at LHR, but with the opening of T2 and subsequent closure of T1, this might get a bit more difficult.

Thanks. Looks like LH will be in T1 and EI will have already moved when I fly.

Looks like a dash at LHR for me.

Anyone have a more recent experience with this? Have an award booked now that goes VIE-ZRH-DUB-BDL with the first leg on OS connecting to EI for next two.

OS and EI don't have an interline agreement, so you'll need to claim your bags and recheck at ZRH.

Dang, this probably won't work then with a 55 minute connection. Really annoyed UA even let me book this. Could attempt carryon but concern OS may make me check.
