Desparately need 3000 miles
I desperately need 3000 miles to book a flight, could anyone kindly transfer it to my miles & more card [redacted] please?

It is not possible to transfer miles between accounts. However, depending on your location there may be a quick way of earning 3000 miles through newspaper or magazine subscriptions, signing up for a credit card, etc.
May I suggest you remove your M&M card number from this thread and another one to protect your privacy?

As already pointed out by NewbieRunner it is not possible to transfer miles from a members account to another. In addition to earning miles with a newspaper subscription or the like you can simply buy the missing miles. Additionally, you can also transfer point from some hotel programs you may be a member of to your M&M account.

The best way to get 3,000 points is indeed a newspaper subscription.

For 2,000 or 3,000 miles the cheapest way to collect is a newspaper subscription for one month or so. Pse dont forget to cancel it!
Comparatively cheap is the 4 weeks subscription of the Sddeutsche Zeitung for 29,90 Euro and 2.000 award miles. Or the newspaper "Die Welt" for 25,90 and 2,000 award miles. Both offers including delivery to a German address.
