New to this forum

I am flying A388 (LH441) IAH to FRA on 8/27. I just checked Lufthansa Website and seat diagram indicates 98 Business Class Seats which is old design Business Class. Is there anyway that could change before departure?

BTW, D-ABVW quietly flew up north to HAM for the first 744 retrofit. This is just for trials and certification, the remaining retrofits will be done in AMECO and upto two other locations this winter.

D-AIFD is now in MLA for retrofit. GU should be done any moment, which will conclude the 343 retrofit programme for this summer, GW/FA/GY are only due in Nov14-Jan15. GI & GP will retire at the end of the summer schedule.

The original plan had A330s going in for retrofits after GU, so curious to see if one of the A330s goes to HAM this week

I am looking at PHL-FRA in December on an A346. It seems to be an old one but http://www.lufthansa.com/de/en/Business-Class-Product of course just eight weeks shows new. How come? They revert to old?

Does row 84 on the upper deck of the 747-8I have the smaller monitors or is it a standard C type seat?
Thanks!

Ok, I can see in the attached image that row 84 has the smaller, differently positioned monitors. Besides this difference is there any drawback or advantage to this row of seats?

TIA...

looks like I finally got hosed and my 8/23 IAH-FRA is listed as old business class. Question - does the seat map ever revert when these changes are made?

Nice to see some of the refitted A380s on the SFO-FRA schedule. ^ Too bad there's no consistency.

How is old C on 747-400? Is it the same as old C on 340-600? I flew that about two months ago on BOS-MUC and it was quite crappy to be honest - bad seats, poor/slow monitors/IFE, ...

Because I'm looking to book EZE-FRA on a certain date and currently only C is available for M&M bookings.
