I just flew them for the first time two weeks ago. Overall, they were decent. The food was very good. The seat is okay- it's an angled lie-flat which didn't bother me but might bother others. The service was good but not particularly outstanding. The IFE had a modest selection of movies- a mix of newish releases and classics.
I've been in UA and LAN business classes as well and LH is pretty similar to those (other then the angled seat).

LH C class is angled flat, something considered uncomfortable by some posters in the forum.
You might want to take a look at Swiss (LX) who have lie flat seats and a very good C product overall. Another option could be NZ via London as they are considered to have a very good product as well.
