Outlets (Power/Audio) LH 747 First Class

I tried googling this but seemed to find some inconsistent answers. I'm looking for:

1. Audio connectors. I have the Bose NC headphones (QC15). Do I need to purchase any kind of adapters to use them? I've seen some mention about a 3 hole connection but one may be power so the 2 pin connector would work.

2. Power. I don't plan to bring a laptop but will have an iPhone4 and possibly an Ipod (5th Gen). Do I need to bring any kind of adapter? I have some standard/universal adapters for use in Europe.

Flights are suppose to be on the 747 First class from IAH to FRA. In case this matters, at this time we are in seats 83A/C outbound and 82A/C inbound.

"Undisturbed workspace

Each one of our First Class seats has an electric socket that fits most plugs without an adaptor. A personal monitor and versatile storage areas make your seat the perfect place to work above the clouds."

1. Audio: The 2 pin connector that comes with the bose head set as an extra will work.

2. Power: It's a multi system outlet. US 3 and 2 pin do work.
BUT: In old F the socket is on the inside of the seat (WHY?). Esp the Apple charger because of its design might disturb you, getting hot and to close to you leg.. I always bring an extension cord with a slim plug.
