62 500 M&M miles gone.. Nothing re-deposited into Melia account yet... I didn't transfer the signup bonus points... I really don't want 125k Melia points !

When did you transfer those points from Melia to M&M? I susspect that they have taken away all transfers done after July 1st...

My friend only spent 64 eur, and he is pissed... I spent 256 EUR, but on June 26th... so far my miles are still there on M&M account... We should keep pressure on M&M and Melia... this is just bad bad business for them...

we have received the feedback from M&M that they were only informed about the error that mileage credits seem to be reversed only yesterday. More information as to why this occurs is not known for now. My colleagues at M & M have advised that (Sol) Melìa needs to be contacted in such cases. I hope this information helps and the correction of the reversal will be processed soon. Best regards, Isabell

I have now received an answer to the first of the cases I opened in my Melia accounts online:
The case has now been marked "closed" - I never received any e-mails from Melia, just the above message online in my Melia account.
