Refund from LATAM not received for 8 weeks

Hi there,

TLDR: I am struggling to receive the refund from LATAM for the flight which was changed and I decided for a refund (was about to fly SCL - PUQ in their premium eco class with full refundability). For 2 months they claim to have tried to refund the amount, but I did not receive the money neither on my credit card nor bank account. Anyone can recommend companies specialising in getting the money back (for a % fee)?

Full story:
- I was about to fly SCL-PUQ with LATAM early in January. They have changed the flight schedule, nevertheless I purchased flex ticket and decided to go for the refund
- I could not create their "wallet" and was forced to call their call centre, where I've spent 2 hours (and over 100 EUR in phone bill)
- I received 3 times the confirmation that the money was transferred to my bank account reading no more nor less the below:

I wanted to let you know that we have already corrected your refund for the [XXX] and [XXX] ticket, prioritizing the refund to the original payment method and using the account you provided as a second option in case the credit card transfer fails. It may take around 7 to 15 days for the refund to be reflected in your account due to our internal procedures between LATAM and your bank.
- I've exchanged dozens of e-mails with their customer support, each of them creating new "case" and trying to transfer back the money
- I was even able to see the status of the refund during my last "try" on their website (it was "in process" and pending). Now however the time for the refund has passed, I'm no longer able to verify it.

The amount to be returned is not substantial (USD 300 approx.), but I'm not planning on letting it go.

Does anyone of you had similar experience with them? Or maybe you know some local TA who can work for % commission in communicating with them and helping me receive the refund?

Thank you!
