Buying Accor points with TAM fidelidade

Buying Accor points with TAM fidelidade
I am keen to use my 16500 TAM fidelidade points to convert to Accor points. I am not a Brazilian citizen (I am British), so seem to be unable to access the Multiplus website to purchase the Accor points, as it requests a Brazilian CPF number. Is there any other way of doing this?
