Most convenient to the north side of the city. While AEP is much closer (approx 10km), I've never made it either to or from in less than a half hour. EZE without traffic (approx 30km) is 25 minutes from me ... and rarely more than 45.

I recall the taxi fare out to EZE was much higher than to AEP from the city, although I suspect no taxi fare is particularly high in Buenos Aires these days if you pay the "blue rate."
