I noticed the M is also listed on Travelocity. Lots of $65 -$75/day November and December dates.
They do run a free shuttle every couple hours to the Wynn Hotel (actually to the valet parking area for the Fashion Show Mall, behind the Capital Grille). The M also runs a free shuttle to the airport.
I did a shuttle buffet run last time I was in Vegas. The highlight was a shuttle stop at some highrises located across the street the South Point Hotel. A large group of senior citizens got on-board in order to get the M buffet just before the 4 pm price changeover from lunch to dinner.
