Michael Jackson in Vegas?

Reports suggested trump was wooing MJ for a Vegas stint to swell his coffers after the trial (which, regardless of guilt, he will be acquitted - celebs seem to be impervious to US law).

Trump then denied it:

I think it would be one of the greatest tickets in town, and a great way for the 47 year old entertainer to end his career.

Would you buy a ticket?

Only if he were jumping off the 64-story tower, once complete .

The NY Post reported that Claudia Schiffer bought a $2.5 million penthouse at the proposed Hard Rock Las vegas condos. That I'd buy a ticket for.

Trump does a minute long monologue on the radio around noon (picked up in Cleveland by our Clear Channel affiliate 1100 AM), and today he confirmed that he is, in fact, looking forward to MJ getting acquitted so that he can do a show at the new Trump property in Vegas.

Well, it's happening, albeit posthumously:

What is interesting about this is that the Las Vegas Hilton was, about three years ago, supposedly trying to get that attraction. It was slated to go where the closed Star Trek Experience was located. Interesting.
