Both the TSA and McCarran websites show the TSA E PreCheck being open (although TSA says 4am-12am while McCarran states 4am-1am).

Sorry I can't provide personal data points - haven't taken a flight since March.

I've flown back on the red-eye on F9 to ATL and am 0-for-the-last-2 in it being manned at 10-10:15 p.m. Just not enough total pax these days, I s'pose, and not enough flights added back yet. There might be one or two booths open in the regular area, where they'll give you a card that usually gets you through the metal detector with shoes on rather than the L3 machine, but they still want you to separate electronics from the bag. Whereas in ATL if you have only one tablet or laptop you could leave that in the bag if Precheck.
As long as crowds have been really light (as evidenced by not having many flights on the departure screen) it hasn't been much of an inconvenience. I do remember pre-pandemic times when it was a MAJOR help to be able to use the PreCheck line because of what the regular line looked like.

TSA Precheck is still closed at T3. Even though I typically go to the D gates, I STILL prefer T3, with Clear to get me to the front of the line, and then you at least get the pass for shoes on and metal detector.

The D checkpoint has CLEAR also right next to the Precheck lane, although I haven't used it recently because there hasn't been a line at the times I've flown.

Came through Tuesday and it was closed although there were only about a dozen people spread across 3 lanes. Really, no difference since they still give you the flyer that lets you keep your shoes and belt on.
