ICN hotels
Can anyone recommend a hotel close to Incheon?
I'm being a travel agent for my Aunt who's on her first ever long haul trip.
Doesn't appear to many international chains located close to the airport.
Any recommendations please. Budget flexible.

There are options within the airport depending on the terminal - Transit Hotel and also a "capsule" hotel which is a bit misleading because they offer private rooms with showers.

The absolute closest chain hotels will be Grand Hyatt (literally right next to hotel)
Best Western Incheon Airport - just a bit further away but right next to the Hyatt
OR
Nest Hotel (a Design Hotel operated by Starwood - 10-15 minute shuttle ride away on the incheon harbor
There are some other smaller hotels nearby the Best Western, on the Orange Maglev Line AND also on the Airport Line at Unseo Station

We stayed at the SPG Design Glad hotel in-between Seoul and both airports.
GLAD Hotel SPG
This was perfect because the location is in-between both Seoul, Incheon Airport and Gimpo airport.
The metro is in front of the hotel, takes you between Seoul and the airport lines (AREX).
I loved the super quick metro trains - they were inexpensive to get around, clean and safe!
The hotel staff was super and the dining in the hotel was excellent!
We received bonus points, free bottle waters, late checkout, and room upgrade (in Asian standards) for 175,000 WON ($165) per night.

Glad Yeouido is not in between Incheon and Gimpo Airports. It is east of Gimpo Airport and for all purposes, completely inside Seoul. Would still take 40-50 mins by bus/train to get there.

Since the aunt doesn't seem to be an experienced international traveler, i strongly suggest the Grand Hyatt at ICN. [Note that there's also a Grand Hyatt in "downtown" Seoul, so be sure not to confuse them.]
