I had a 13-hour layover last November and stayed in the terminal. I used the free showers and napped quite comfortably on the free recliners on the 2nd level.
In a few weeks I'll layover for 21-hours at the terminal. Since I've already seen Seoul, I'll repeat the same routine but use the free shuttle to the Hyatt casino.
If my gambling goes south, I'll head back to the terminal and also try a 30-minute massage and/or take in a movie at the adjoining cinema.
