layover in ICN
I have two layovers in ICN one in late October and one in Mid November. For example I arrive in ICN at 3:50 pm one day and leave at 8:15 the next. What should I do? Where should I stay? I have been to asia many times but never to Korea.

Lots to do! There are some good recommendations in this forum. Getting to/from ICN to Seoul is pretty easy. You can take a limo bus (a bus with nice comfy seats) direct to most hotels, or take the Airport Express train directly to Seoul station. Once at the hotel, perhaps the concierge can give a recommendation for a good restaurant.
What kind of budget are you thinking of for 1 night in Seoul? Seoul is a bit weird in that hotels can be super expensive or dirt cheap, and not too many decent ones in the middle range. Both the Westin and Lotte Hotel have a very good location in Seoul. Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt is very nice as well.
The one concern I have is the early departure the next day. If you do stay in Seoul, then it is just about an hour bus ride back to the airport. It would be a very early wake up call!

Even if you don't get to Seoul, city of Incheon is a large metropolis. There are beaches, eateries, and historic places near the airport you can visit for cheap. 4-5 stars near the airport is also cheaper than equivalent hotels in Seoul. There are information on this forum about things to do in Incheon, search for those. There are free tours offered at the airport for 3 and 6 hours layovers, one of them being the DMZ tour.

was in Korea last week on a 12-hr layover.
Really surprised that the City Tour is free of charge as of July.
Was reading somewher that it is supposed to be 50 USD /pax
we took the 5hr transit tour, had to pay 10bucks (7forlunch 3forPalaceENtrance Ticket)
they had plenty of options ranging form 2 to 6 hours transit tour.
the 5 hours ended up in Insadong, and it is nice area, very touristy.

I want to stay at one of the Marriotts in Seoul. I arrive at 3 pm and leave the next morning at 11 AM, Which Marriott (cant do the JW) should i consider? Any suggestions on how to get there and what to do would be appreciated too.
