delay updating missing points

delay updating missing points
According the helpdesk it might take until december untill all transactions are updated, so it might be useful to keep all your tickets, boardingpasses from the flights taken in October.

Why on earth could they have not staggered the introduction of the pragram; transferring each person as their normal renewal date was reached. In many cases it is neccessary to run two systems alongside each other for a while. Changing everyone over on Oct 23rd does not seem to have worked.

Sorry, to be facetious, but in all probability simon, you will be right (based on past performance). But we haven't gotten there yet....
