delay updating missing points
According the helpdesk it might take until december untill all transactions are updated, so it might be useful to keep all your tickets, boardingpasses from the flights taken in October.

Yeah, and then it will take 8½ months, 13 faxes, 22 e-mails and 17 phone calls to actually get them credited. If you're lucky!

Why on earth could they have not staggered the introduction of the pragram; transferring each person as their normal renewal date was reached. In many cases it is neccessary to run two systems alongside each other for a while. Changing everyone over on Oct 23rd does not seem to have worked.

I wrote last week inquiring about 2 missing transactions. The FD staffer wrote back saying the transactions have posted but I stll don't see them.
