A complete reengineering of the programm, the website, the rules, the work-together with NW and CO's programms and so on would be a good thing.

But let's hope that they don't introduce some of the 'enhancements' they lately did for the north american programms such as
- upgrades only for full fare eco tix
- more strict capacity control with new rule buster (double-price) awards
- full mileage only for not discounted tix

They should hire us at FT KLM board instead. I think we would even do their work for free, don't we...? So KLM lurkers: send out some emails to us...

Are there any KLM Lurkers who actually reply to this board. There used to be lurkers on the old KLMuk forum who could be quite helpful at times - just a shame their airline was sold down the river.

I'm a cynic, so I expect they'll implement the change to a "miles" based system the day before they dole out the miles from the "miles match" promo...

Qantas last year went from a weird system to a very US based system.

I really fear that they will somewhat 'enhance' us by more capacity control and upgrades not on all fares...

Any "enhancements" like not allowing upgrades on all fares would definitely persuade me to switch....

Reluctantly though, because I tried BA last year briefly and came screaming back to KLM
