Problems accessing FD accounts today ?

Problems accessing FD accounts today ?

Anyone else having problems?

Can't get into mine or the family's accounts.

I had a similar problem early this morning but fourty minutes ago it finally worked

Confirmed by FD, they are working on it, should be done in a couple of hours.

Unfortunately I had to book a Web@ward and now my account is suspended for 24 hours...

Well they have not fixed it yet !

I have just tried to get on line twice with no luck , just rung up fd hinderdesk and e service department , both say it is the other departments problem ! God they are so useless !

And it is still the same more than 24 hours later.

Why on earth do I bother with these idiots?

Latest news is "we have no idea when it will be fixed".

Hi all.
Or I'm the luckiest of all or .... no clue. For me it was OK also today. Try the Italian site, perhaps it could be the reason.

Seems to me to be a problem with email addresses that are used over more than one account.

For example all of my families accounts use a single email address and none of the accounts can be accessed.

OK KLM, I've told you what the problem is now fix it and send my consultancy fee in the post.

From what FD told me this is a UK specific problem of which they are STILL 3 DAYS AFTER THE FACT TO FIX !!!!!!! they only every day send an email to fd hinder desk staff to say if MAY be fixed after 2 pm , come on FD give us another excuse !!

pmcg , It may not be the multiple account problem as I only have the one account and still have this error .

Same problem here. Both my wifes account and mine are blocked. Ill write them as well. Every e-mail gets registered and someone will hear about complaints when there are too many of them.

Mine wont accept the PIN I have used for years and also wont allow me to request a new one. Yet my partners works fine.
