Problems accessing FD accounts today ?
Anyone else having problems?

I had a similar problem early this morning but fourty minutes ago it finally worked

Confirmed by FD, they are working on it, should be done in a couple of hours.
Unfortunately I had to book a Web@ward and now my account is suspended for 24 hours... KLM - The reliable airline :D |
Well they have not fixed it yet !
I have just tried to get on line twice with no luck , just rung up fd hinderdesk and e service department , both say it is the other departments problem ! God they are so useless ! |

Or I'm the luckiest of all or .... no clue. For me it was OK also today. Try the Italian site, perhaps it could be the reason. |

For example all of my families accounts use a single email address and none of the accounts can be accessed. From what FD told me this is a UK specific problem of which they are STILL 3 DAYS AFTER THE FACT TO FIX !!!!!!! they only every day send an email to fd hinder desk staff to say if MAY be fixed after 2 pm , come on FD give us another excuse !! :mad:
pmcg , It may not be the multiple account problem as I only have the one account and still have this error . |
I am UK based but can nevertheless access my account. May be the fog in those Northern-based accounts :)

:mad: Same problem here. Both my wifeŽs account and mine are blocked. IŽll write them as well. Every e-mail gets registered and someone will hear about complaints when there are too many of them.

Mine wont accept the PIN I have used for years and also wont allow me to request a new one. Yet my partners works fine.
