Married Segments and Possible Upgrading per Segment

Married Segments and Possible Upgrading per Segment
Hey guys, I'm on a multi-leg trip from CPT-IAH like so:
CPT-AMS KL0598
AMS-ATL KL6013(Operated DL)
ATL-IAH KL5146(Operated DL)
When I put the entire itinerary into EF, I get all zeroes for the trip in premium cabin. I'm presuming this is due to married segments without availability or due to a mix of KL and DL metal... Either way, the first leg only (KLM 0598 09/20/23) has J4 C2. If this holds, is it plausible that there will be paid upgrade at OLCI for just that segment?
Also, the next two segments (Operated by DL) show:
J8 C8 D7 I6 Z3 and J7 C7 D6 I5 Z0, respectively.
