Do you know seen the chaos at Schiphol that acces to the priority lanes helps or do you still need to que up outside after check-in? Is 7:15 AM busy time at Dep 3?

The priority lanes help immensely. Only if there is a general halt in pax being allowed to enter the terminal you'd have to wait outside. The 'outside queue' that is usually shown (the one with the tents) is actually the (regular) security line. When using priority you would not have to get into that line. Under normal circumstances the wait in the priority security line would be <60 minutes, usually even <30 min.

Don't get your hopes to high of using the Privium West Lounge,
In medio July it was unfortunately the Aspire lounge only.
Although i have read somewhere that SQ has returned into setting up their own roped off section in the Aspire lounge backside.

I wrote that SQ Business Class passengers were allowed to use Privium West Lounge in June but suddenly in July it reverted back to the Aspire Lounge. No distinction Business Class or Business Class with StarGold or even with Solitaire PPS : all were relegated to the Aspire Lounge as it was the only reference as printed on the boarding pass

most important for me is that i can use the priority security lane now i am flying business class on SQ…… and hopefully not have to get in huge lines and miss my flight.

I guess I should say she does not have status but I do know I can get her into the Crown Lounge...just curious if the same benefits extend to check in and security lines?

Martijn Zaal : you should have no problems at all,

Easiest way to access priority security is between checkin counters 24/25
You can use the automated gates or have staff open the barrier, just show them your SQ BusinessClass boarding pass.

Afterwards go right towards stairs/lift towards priority security,
Once on the mezzanine,
the right side lane is for priority,
if staff is distracted, just wave them over and show your BP and you can enter

When in the priority queue, don't be surprised if persons are going ahead of you.....
Privium gets priority over priority,
When we departed in July, there was some audible grumble but upon explaination : privium iris scan paid service/betaalde dienst
All was turned to understanding

Be reminded after security, ALL passengers join the queue for passport control.
You only get priority if Privium/Crew/Diplomatic/Impaired~Wheelchair

Hi Martijn, you will be able to skip the regular security line (if there is any), because you can enter directly behind row 24. Go over there, show your business class boarding pass and the guards there will let you through (bypassing the whole regular security line, if any). Turn right upstairs, there are signs here for priority security for DEFG gates (in going upstairs you are together with regular security pax) and once upstairs, stay to the right to join the last part of the priority security line. If you are there around 7:15, you will have plenty of time airside and do a bit of lounging. Just don;td try to cut things really short, if you happen to have lots of time left airside, enjoy a nice drink in the lounge. Have a pleasant SQ flight

Skyteam's website about SkyPriority status lists priority security as a benefit at available airports.
Empirical evidence in the threads tell us that members have indeed access to Amsterdam's priority security if holding SP-boarding pass
So passengers travelling in economy with SkyTeam Elite Plus status should be fine.

Concerning British Airways at Amsterdam, nothing's found on BA's site about priority security being offered to passengers in Club Europe or those in Euro Traveller with emerald status...

I can vouch Club Europe gets priority security in T3
but it seems Euro Traveller with Emerald yoyoing being denied or allowed
This happens once in a while (did Alex Cruz / Sean Doyl cost cut to much?)
or could be inept Schiphol staff.....

I can confirm that you get Priority access with BA Silver/Gold status when flying in economy (only for the status holder). When flying Club Europe priority is also included.
