Issues checking in on line
Trying to check in ARN-AMS-DTW.
Delta purchased ticket. Tried checking in on DL.com but it forwards to KLM site. Enter all the right details, reservation is found and can get through all the screens but there is a box asking for US gov't contact details. I enter the details but can not get past this screen to the next step.
Is this common?
