Impossible to do in a fair way, though. Those who happen to be online and on FT at the very moment a new challenge is posted will by definition have an advantage over those who are otherwise occupied, and check the thread only much later.

Most of my photos are either completely impossible or super obvious so I hope this one showing a fairly nondescript cargo terminal isn't too easy

At 8 minutes it apparently was too obvious and my record short-lived.

Ach, I was too late. SMBC = Sumitomo bank, the JASCO loading equipment, and the strange combi of Aeromexico and Air Hongkong that only overlaps in Japan (and maybe China) -> I hesitated since I recall Narita as super-modern and this looks a bit shabby like a UK airport. But then behind one of the satellites of Terminal 1 Google maps reveals a freight terminal. Curious what is next.

Indeed 8 minutes. We need fresh contesters since if it goes on like this, my remaining pack of some 10 pictures is gone within this weekend.

It now takes longer for some people to find a photo to post than it takes the others to guess where it was taken

Will keep digging though I need to guess correctly first, of course.

Google Earth even has the AeroMexico 787 and a Polar bird in the same spots, the KLM 777 one gate over and (not visible) an Air France 777 in I believe the same spot as it was when I took the photo.

Maybe we don't even need own pics anymore in future. We just copy a snapshot of Google Earth, Google Maps, or anything else. Downside is that in my institute for sure I have some whizzkids that easily will develop an algorithm matching what is presented on a pic with a spot on Earth in seconds. Artificial intelligence will beat the human brain, as Kasparov already noted in his chess game against Deep Blue a decade or two ago. Let's honestly *promise* we will not cheat in this way!

PS I am eager to post another pic. 747Jetter can you confirm I am allowed? Sure, it is Saturday night, maybe in VIE/PRG there are nicer things to do at the moment as responding to a Flyertalk post ;-)
