anyone know the email for KLM customer support?
tried searching flyertalk and couldn't see anything. the KLM website facility is knocking me and my attachment back, despite all appearing to be in order so i'm now just looking to send it in by normal email.
does anyone know the email address?

I know that htis tread is old but I'm sure many people are still looing for KLM email addresses. These guys try their best to avoid getting emails from the public as most of hteir customers are pretty peeved with them.
Anyway, I did some digging and Caroline Van Hecke is KLM's head of Legal and Cusotmer Relations. Given that most KLM email addresses have periods in between words and that they end in "@KLM.com I'd guess that her email address is [email protected]. Try that. You should get a reply.
