TPA to CUN Question
I am considering taking my first flight on Jetblue and was just wondering if anyone knows how the flight from TPA to CUN is? I saw it is on there smaller plane but does it still have the tv in the seat with live tv?
Also I see if you book before the 5th they have a sale running for $69 each way for this flight. Does anyone know if this is the going rate for this flight on jetblue or does it normally go cheaper like $59 or $49? Just trying to decided when to book.
Thanks in advance for your help.

The E190s have LiveTV just like the A320s do so that part won't change. I'm not sure if the LiveTV service will work all the way to CUN because you might leave satellite coverage range, but I don't know.
As for pricing, buy if you're comfortable with the price. If the fare drops you can always have them re-fare the ticket and you'll get a jetBlue credit in the amount of the difference for future use.

I thought Jetblue is suspending this service at some point (I believe it may be Sep 8th) . (If it is available through the website then you should be ok ) . Just make sure you can buy you can get the return flight when you book . Booking a 1 way ticket on another airliner may be expensive.

Thanks for your help everyone.
I am glad to hear they also have the live tv on this plane.
Also I did check and that is correct that Sept 8th is the last day for this flight. Thats ok because I am looking at going in 2 weeks here and staying for a few days.

Hello,
You will lose DirecTv coverage about a half hour into the flight if I recall doing it previously. The flight is only about 90 minutes so it's not too bad. I believe the XM radio works the entire time, but not certain.
Have a great trip!

Ok, thanks for letting me know. At least there wil be XM radio. I wish all airlines would have satellit radio or some type of music on the plane.
