also I just want to add that by having MTV on channel 23 on jetBlue flights is a huge "publc benifit" especially around spring breaks as it does prepare those traveling to mexico of what to expect once they land in Cancun! 
this is in addition to the long list of things that anyone here can list off as to why jetBlue will benifit the public on this route.
