Booking using Etihad points

I'm Mosaic 4 and I'm considering booking JFK-CDG in Mint, but via Etihad using points, which will mean my Etihad FF number will be on the reservation instead of my TrueBlue Mosaic number. Has anyone tried using a Blade cert on a reservation booked via a JetBlue partner? Does Blade check for such things, or do they just look to see if you actually have a JetBlue flight? Do they even do that?

You'll probably have better luck in the B6 forum, but when I booked Blade they did ask for my B6 flight info, though I have no idea if they checked. It could just be so that they can track if your flight is delayed or something. I also have only booked once so this is only one DP.
