Exclamation Site says Mint award ticket is nonrefundable. I'm confused.

I'm looking to book a Mint seat using my points. But the JetBlue site says that the ticket is nonrefundable. Does that mean that the points are nonrefundable, or simply the few dollars associated with obtaining the ticket?

Thanks for any help.

if you cancel, points will go back to your point balance (with no expiration). Any taxes and fees paid will go to travelbank, NOT original form of payment.
