Missing Travel Bank Credits
Is anyone else having a problem not getting travel bank credits returned after canceling a flight? It happened to me a few weeks ago and I chalked it up to a fluke, but I just canceled a ticket today and it happened again. If I hadn't noticed, I would have been out like $150 last time and another $200+ this time. It's crazy that I have to chase after these guys to get my funds back.
When I chatted with a B6 rep, she said, "Is the travel bank credit expired as it did not finalize when you canceled." (emphasis mine) I told her, no, the credits were not expired and she proceeded to "finalize" it and send the funds to the travel bank. If I had not called they would have just kept my money?!?
Has anyone else seen this recently?
PSA: If you cancel a ticket and the funds are supposedly going to your travel bank, make darn well sure your travel bank has those funds after the cancellation.

I am having similar problems with JetBlue after canceling a flight. I can't even get ON to the Travel Bank site, nor did I ever receive login information from them as the website indicates I should I have. I have received no correspondence from them at all. It also takes hours to connect with a rep or the chat site, and they rarely can help.
I have to say, they're not the easiest airline to deal with when something goes wrong. It's a shame, because I've always enjoyed flying with them.

Typically, you can login to your travel bank account with the same username/password as your TrueBlue account. I think once you login to your TrueBlue account, it should seamlessly log you in. Try clicking on the link below after you are signed in at jetblue.com:

Going back to the "lawsuit waiting to happen" comment, one wonders how many folks were not observant and have been screwed out of monies due. We bet it's easily in the hundreds of thousands of dollars--possibly millions.
