I am having similar problems with JetBlue after canceling a flight. I can't even get ON to the Travel Bank site, nor did I ever receive login information from them as the website indicates I should I have. I have received no correspondence from them at all. It also takes hours to connect with a rep or the chat site, and they rarely can help.
I have to say, they're not the easiest airline to deal with when something goes wrong. It's a shame, because I've always enjoyed flying with them.
