Problems logging into JetBlue website

As of this morning, one family member's account works and the other cannot login today even though it worked yesterday. Attempting to send a password reset email does nothing (the email never arrives). Both chat and phone waits are long. Anyone else experiencing issues?

Many times I've had to delete cookies between switching between family member's logins on the same PC, same browser. Normally, if my wife and I are working on booking some trip together, and using up each other's travel bank, or points or whatever requiring different accounts, we'll use different browsers or different computers entirely. The Jetblue is really the worst website I've seen for major travel company.

I have a similar problem, was able to log on to website today on one laptop, but not on another one. will delete cookies and try again. I am trying to check if my FF number switch to AA FF made it through to the reservation.

I've had trouble again since they went back to the "new" website which is just awful. Even deleting cookies and editing it still gives me issues. Plus when checking seat map it is the stupidest thing I have ever seen.

Why don't they go back to the original program where you could see different days and the pricing and actually have a seat map this is readable.

I was able to log in yesterday without issue, but booking a ticket was an extremely slow process. After I hit the "purchase" button I was on the loading screen for several minutes before it continued to confirmation.

I spoke too soon Now I can't log in.

Just had to reset my password and was able to get in finally.

I have the jet blue number but the email associated with the account has been closed

I suspect this is worth a call or chat with JetBlue. You may need to create a new account. At the minimum you'll have to give more information.
