Does B6's website ever work??
Seriously, I mean EVER? I usually can fly them 3 to 4 times a year and every time there is something wrong with the website. I don't understand how they actually sell any tickets, perhaps thru their "partner" Priceline. I really like flying them, especially for JFK-SFO flights in Mint. But I just can't bear not being able to do anything on their website. Phone line holds over 175 minutes.
I simple want to pick seats in row 2 or 4 before it is too late.

And right now the website is not working again on a Saturday afternoon. You would think these issues only happen during odd hours like 2 am with maintenance. Can't log in to book award tickets, can't log into the app. No response on Twitter.

Yes, it’s terrible. I’m trying to change a booking that supposedly has free changes and cancellations, but the site wants to charge me $100. And this AA partnership seems off to a very rocky IT start as well.
My booking in question used some Travel Bank funds that are now expired. If I do the free cancellation, does that money disappear, or does it get returned to Travel Bank? Is there a warning that it will disappear, or are we responsible for knowing that? Thanks.

I got a callback after about 2 hours yesterday but, as my ticket contains Aer Lingus segments, I had to be transferred to the "Interline Department". That took 70 minutes on active hold, after which I got a great agent who knew what she was doing. Expedia had to reissue my ticket after she exchanged it (did the Expedia step via chat).
Tweeted JetBlue via DM to receive seat assignments for the JFK-LGW Mint segments. Overall about 4 hours of work from start to finish yesterday. Not cool, B6.
