Error when clicking on manage flight?

Error when clicking on manage flight?
I changed my flight on jetblue mint a few times and my confirmation was the same but the last time when I click on manage flight button on jetblue.com it keeps giving error "There was an error processing your request. Please try again. If you receive this error repeatedly, please contact 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) for assistance." However, I asked the rep via chat to confirm my flight and she confirmed it. Anyone experience this?

This sort of thing is very common with JetBlue. In short, their IT sucks. It's really annoying, but if an agent says your reservation is confirmed then you should be good to go.

I am receiving the same message. Their excuse in the live chat was "since you switched your flight, you can no longer manage it" Which is wrong due to the others in our group also had to change their flights but are still able to manage the new flight. I have called several times about the issue and get the run around. I am now on the phone holding once again with the wait time of 66 minutes!

I'm getting the same message, after they changed the time of a flight on me. Change of fleet type but somehow, they moved us from Row 8 on the old plane to Row 25 on the new plane. Called the Mosaic line but there was no place to move me. Actually, they were going to move me to the exit row, but I had to be the one to point out to two different reps that they couldn't do that because my kids will only be 14.
I used to love JetBlue. Now, I book around them when possible.

This is what happens when Jetblue changes the flight or when the passenger changes it. Jetblue is not rushing to fix this at all. To avoid these headaches, I cancel a flight instead of changing it and create a new one.

For me, i booked a flight to Orlando. It said there was an error processing my reservation. Nonetheless, it charged my credit card, and then i got an email with a confirmation number. And then in manage flight, it says confirmed ticket, so that’s good.
So who knows nowadays…
