I changed my flight on jetblue mint a few times and my confirmation was the same but the last time when I click on manage flight button on jetblue.com it keeps giving error "There was an error processing your request. Please try again. If you receive this error repeatedly, please contact 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) for assistance." However, I asked the rep via chat to confirm my flight and she confirmed it. I am receiving the same message. Their excuse in the live chat was "since you switched your flight, you can no longer manage it" Which is wrong due to the others in our group also had to change their flights but are still able to manage the new flight. I have called several times about the issue and get the run around. I am now on the phone holding once again with the wait time of 66 minutes!
