not getting some emails
Hi,
I've tired a few times to get JetBlue to help me with this issue but no luck so thought i'd reach out here.
I am only getting emails for flight receipts or travel bank purchases but not getting any other emails. For example I missed out on a schedule change this week, and the Mosaic gifting email this summer as well as notice of the current 50% / Companion offer. Thank God for flyertalk i guess but would rather have got the emails myself. Has anyone had this issue? If so any ideas on how to fix it? I don't think I ever opted out of a jetblue email, and can't find a way to change it if I did?

Is your email address from a "free" service like Gmail? If it's not, is your email run by Google through their G Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) service?
Different mail servers handle prospective SPAM differently. I have my own domain I purchased just for email. I used to run it using Google as the mail provider. I had problems that were similar to what you mention. I switched to a different mail server provider and the problems disappeared.
If you have access to multiple emails, try changing the one you're using with JetBlue. It may take a few weeks/months, but you'll be able to figure out if the problem is on your side or with them.
