I want to post here how it ended. I have my money back
Generally B6 didn't reply anymore on my emails (maybe I went to something like "spam list") so without any hope I filed a complain on DOT website. Yesterday (after 4 weeks) I got email from B6 saying that the complain has been received by JetBlue's Executive Offices. They confirmed that posting to my CC account failed and that they identified funds and that within 72 hours I will get email how these funds are going to be reimbursed to me. Today I got another email with reimbursement options. So I could choose between transfer to Amazon account, transfer to PayPal or transfer to debit card. I selected the last and within 30 seconds I got my money back on my bank account.
The lesson I learnt is "Cancel your Credit Cards only 12-18 months after your last transaction on it" - just in case if you need refund in the future to that card then those processes are very manual.
