Impressed with the service of B6

I took two flights on B6 last week, JFK-IAD and back. Both flights are less than 50 minutes in air, maybe 25 minutes in cruising altitude. I'm just impressed by the FA. On both flight, they are able to do one beverage run and one snack run for all passengers. All done with great efficiency. Meanwhile legacy carriers simply gave up the beverage service on shorter flights.

Not surprised. With the demise of Virgin America, whom I had a great run for > 4 years in SFO, now JetBlue is my go to airline. Mosaic is not as valuable as VX Gold or legacy top levels, but it is OK.

The better part is the service seems to be pretty consistent and JetBlue Mint is by far the best F experience domestically in North America.

I love the fast wifi on the planes and the IFE is decent with Live TV.

Thanks for the report. Glad you were impressed.

I / my family are generally satisfied too.

Did you have cart service for beverages on your flights ? JFK - IAD and return?

"I'm just impressed by the FA."
We too are often impressed by the B6 FA actions and behavior.

I / We do runs from DCA to FL often.

We love the E190. For runs to FL out of DCA.

Long live B6.

I did 2 flights last week too (LAX-BOS, BOS-LAX) and was also quite impressed with jetBlue, especially Mint. The product is solid and competitively priced. Love it!

It is on Delta. Delta doesn't serve Economy or C+ on short mainline flights like BOS-JFK. United and AA try their best.

My flights have the service carts for beverages, but snacks were handed out by the rack.

I commute between LGA and BOS a few times a month, and there has always been drinks service + snacks on morning flights. Most pax are sleeping but nevertheless.

Interesting. Although I don't commute between BOS and JFK, I do fly it quite often and I've never been served on that route while in economy or C+, regardless of whether it's mainline or Endeavor.

BOS-LGA is a shuttle flight though, so they probably have higher service standards on that route.
