Mosaic Renewals
My Mosaic status renewed for 2018 almost a month ago now. I have yet to receive my welcome email from JetBlue or Badge on JetBlue.com. Also, no welcome kit received. My TrueBlue account correctly indicates that I've achieved 2018 status and shows the 30 flights + over 12,000 points and says I've reached Mosaic. Anyone else having issues like this? In the past, I usually have gotten the welcome email within 48 hours of renewal.

Yup. I renewed this year and got nothing. I only knew I renewed when the bonus miles hit my account.

My renewal hit from the challenge at the end of October. My kit arrived last week.

I don't think I got an email. I don't see one in my account.

I forgot to mention I did get the 15,000 bonus points but that's it. No other communications.

Qualified via the challenge promotion back in September. 2018 kit arrived couple of weeks ago.
