My Mosaic status renewed for 2018 almost a month ago now. I have yet to receive my welcome email from JetBlue or Badge on JetBlue.com. Also, no welcome kit received. My TrueBlue account correctly indicates that I've achieved 2018 status and shows the 30 flights + over 12,000 points and says I've reached Mosaic. Anyone else having issues like this? In the past, I usually have gotten the welcome email within 48 hours of renewal.
