Refundable Mint Fare lower than regular fare

Is this normal?

When I toggle between the refundable/non-refundable fares on the website the Mint Refundable fare is substantially cheaper than the non-refundable?

*I'm a newbie ... please be nice :-)*

Doesn't surprise me... If coach is close to fully booked, but Mint not, the coach airfare might be higher than Mint. Especially considering captive business travellers that only are allowed to book coach.

It's not the difference between coach and mint. It is mint refundable and mint that is shown on the front non-refundable screen.

Almost certainly an error. Refundable is supposed to be a fare differential where it just adds to the basic fare price, similar to how Blue Flex adds to the base Blue fare. If that number is negative something is screwy in the details they loaded for that trip.
