Is the trueblue system broken right now? It's been 15 days since my flight and still hasn't posted. This is keeping me from completing my Mosaic challenge.

i am in the same situation, i called and was told that i have the requisite points but it is not yet in my system and im skeptical of the over the phone calculations

I called last Wednesdays (15 days after flight) and they told me that their systems were down the week I took my flight and that they had to manually input all the flights from that week. They told me it should post by this tuesday (3 weeks after the flight). They also reassured me that the Mosaic challenge would be calculated according to the actual flight date and not when the points posted because my challenge period ended last week

I flew a same-day RT on 8/25, and my points posted today. Even better, my Virgin match points posted simultaneous with my return segment, so I'm a happy camper!

JFK-SJC roundtrip 8/4-8/9, JFK-CUN roundtrip 8/15-8/19 and JFK-ROC 8/20. Nothing has posted for me. I asked them about it and they said to wait another 30 days.

Flew two segments on 8/31. Second segment posted but not first.

Wierdly enough, I received a good will delay credit for the first segment, but not the second segment, even though they were delayed by the same amount of time.

Is it better to email or call to get the points? Who would I email -- I'm a mosaic?

I would call Mosaic or tweet. They have specific agents trained to answer Mosaic calls.

I flew on 9/1 and points hit my account 2 days ago.

Really seems to be hit or miss and based on when they do the data dump.

How long do Getaways flights take to post? Do they even post individually with 0 points? I got my points for the Getaways package, but the flights themselves haven't posted yet, and I haven't received the badges for the destination or the getaways package. I'm also waiting on those extra segments to help me hit that Lucky 7 bonus.

I'm still waiting for Hilton points to post from the 1st week of October.

Yet I did Lyft promo last week and the points were in my account instantly after the first ride.

No rhyme or reason to what they do.

What's the posting time like these days? Took four flights a week ago, will be taking four more this coming week. Nothing has posted yet. Hopefully they award bonuses (such as Lucky 7) retroactively if the flights haven't posted by the end of the year since the system doesn't post in a timely manner, and it's not my fault.

Same here ... two weeks since I took my flight and nothing was posted. However a roundtrip flight that I took a week later was posted.

JetBlue really needs to spend some $$$ on its website, and TrueBlue posting time continues to be disappointing.

I spoke too soon. Flights taken less than one week ago (12/6) just posted today. I think they had an issue in the month of November. My Getaways package (flights and badges) never posted although the points posted and it showed up on my activity. I had to contact them to manually post everything else related to that booking.
